Charli is a boy of nine who loves adventures. His dog Seven goes everywhere with him and Charli takes good care of him. On a school outing to the local library, Charli finds a book that looks fascinating: Instructions for finding treasure.
Because of this book and almost by magic, Charli is transformed from a boy who accompanies his parents to a shopping mall to becoming the hero of a whole series of fantastic adventures in which the impossible can happen. He has to find a treasure, and in order to do so must face five perils. He has five weapons to help him succeed: Intelligence, Agility, Cunning, Logic and Love.
Charli overcomes the difficulties and manages to find the treasure, but the story doesn’t end here, as there is a last surprise which will make a mystery of everything.
